Investing - where to start!

To travel and live a free life we need to invest. Investing makes your money grow without you even doing anything.

I'm pretty controversial in my investment strategy. I hardly ever buy stocks, I don't try timing the market - in fact I barely sell stocks at all - and I don't spend time finding the best stocks and what not.

Still I'm building wealth, my money grows without me focusing on it and I'm only spending some of the profits on travel and experiences.

Here are my go to investments - in order of importance!

• Yourself: Invest in yourself and your own development - it's the best investment you'll ever make!

• Your Health: There's no better investment than taking good care of your physical and mental health.

• Your Network: Invest in your network and build relationships with people who can help you in the future.

• An Emergency Fund: Don't let your personal finances take a hit from unexpected expenses.

• A Retirement Fund: Secure your future with a retirement fund and start saving now!

• An Index Fund: Index funds can be a great way to build wealth and diversify your portfolio.

• A Business: Turn your hobby into a business, generate income and build wealth.

• Yourself Again: Don't forget to invest in yourself again and again - it'll pay off in the long run!

What's the main takeaway here? You are important and you need to be nurtured before you can do anything else. I just hope you can be one of the few that take care of yourself financially as well as emotionally and physically.
